PayWatch terms

These terms cover the PayWatch web app at my.thepaywatchapp.com. They will be updated as features are added, and the date below changes when they are. Last updated 2026-10-07.

What PayWatch is

PayWatch helps you keep track of what you pay for, and as we add features, reminds you before payments are due. It is in early access. Parts of it are invite-only, it will change, and it may break or pause while we improve it.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for the information you add to PayWatch. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission to use it.

Using PayWatch fairly

Please don't try to break the service, reach other people's information, or use PayWatch for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Gmail

PayWatch does not read your Gmail today. If we add a Gmail connection, we will ask you separately, it will only look for receipts and renewal emails, and you can disconnect it at any time. Our privacy page explains what we keep.

Reminders, money and payments

PayWatch is not a bank. We do not hold your money or make payments for you. Reminders are there to help, but we cannot promise you will always get one on time, so please don't rely on PayWatch as your only record of what you owe. If we introduce paid plans, the price and the rules will be shown clearly before you pay, and you can stop at any time.

No guarantee

PayWatch is provided as it is. It may miss a subscription or get an amount or date wrong, so please check the details with the company you pay. We are not responsible for charges, late fees or other losses that come from relying on it.

Ending your use

You can stop using PayWatch at any time and ask us to delete your account and data, as described on the privacy page. We may also stop or change the service, and we will try to give notice when we do.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date above. If you keep using PayWatch after that, you accept the new terms.
